Subscription Refunds

Dorfie Labs Pvt Ltd aims to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed any paid services
  • Refund requests must include proof of purchase and reason for the request
  • Rights to refund lies with the company at company discretion
